All player registrations must be completed using the following table to ensure that players are registered in the correct age group for the 2022 season.
As always players have the opportunity to be placed in a higher age group to make up numbers for teams and girls may play down one age group for the same reason, but this should be done with the consent of the player’s parents.

All leagues are provisional only. Recruit your players based on these age groups and then an assessment will be made once team nominations have been received as to whether leagues need to be combined.
Players self-register online. This is compulsory. Each club needs to ensure they have a ‘club registrar’ with their FFA number and online access. Access can be granted by applying using this link.
The club registrar needs to be nominated early so the online registrations can be set up. Please note that clubs that have teams in both the AJSA and GSSA will need to obtain two separate FFA numbers and will therefore have separate Juniors and Seniors accounts registered with PLAYFOOTBALL.
As club registrars, please don’t approve registrations until you know that you have enough players to enter a team. Also ensure you are aware of the players that have registered to your teams before you approve.
Team nominations are required to be submitted to the registrar by email by the last day of term 1, Friday 8th April (along with team names if more than one team in each age group). This date is critical so that fixtures are ready to go by the start of the season. Names of players in the junior leagues (under 12’s up) will need to be allocated to a team on PLAYFOOTBALL by Saturday 30th April (opening round), failure to comply with this will result in the teams forfeiting matches.
