Welcome Country Week Superstars…
We would like to encourage as many players as possible to try out if this is something you wish to be a part of. As you know only a specific number of players can be selected, if the players are unsuccessful in one year, it provides the players with confidence for future years as they become aware of what to expect from a trial experience and this can alleviate some of the fear of a trial situation.

PLEASE MARK ON THE APPLICATION IF YOU ARE NOMINATING AS A GOALKEEPER.
All players required to present in person to Country Week Coordinator 30 mins prior to the trials commencing with their photos and application forms already completed if not already submitted via email. You will then be directed to the relevant pitch for the trial to take place.
The QC Code to download the application form is attached as well as a copy of the application form depending which version is easier for participants to download.
Please note: If a player is unable to attend any part of the trials due to illness or any other valid reason, they MUST contact me via email no later than the evening prior to the trial taking place. Any notification after the trial has taken place will unfortunately exclude the player from being considered for this year’s Country Week competition. Email: countryweek@ajsa.com.au
